Shane Liquornik
Shane works with Double Black Capital, building the technology and growth advisory practice, where he advises on strategic initiatives and transactions (M&A, fundraising, etc.). He also advises other high-growth technology companies. His experience spans investment banking, M&A integration and separation, legal services, and growth advisory.
A former lawyer, Shane holds a JD and MBA from Queen's University and a BAS from the University of Guelph. He is also the Vice-Chair of the Finance Committee for SOFII, a $40M government-backed fund that supports Eastern Ontario startups through loans ranging from $150,000 to $1M.
