Shane is an Associate at Clariti Strategic Advisors, a boutique investment bank, and he is supporting clients in M&A, capital raising, and restructuring. Shane also invests in tech startup as a Venture Partner at Lalotte Ventures.

Previously, Shane has worked at KPMG as a consultant in the Deal Advisory team. He has supported in the development of the integration planning and the TSA negotiation material preparation for a $300M+ energy deal and a $10B+ mining deal.

Shane is a former lawyer after having completed his articling at Lazarus Charbonneau, and had advised clients in the gaming and technology industries.

With keen interest in startups, Shane is the Vice-Chair of Finance Committee for SOFII, a $40M government fund to help Ontario-based startups to scale-up by offering loans of $150,000 to $500,000. Shane is part of the review committee that decides on the loan application.
