Zoia Kozakov

Previously, Zoia headed up device-based Digital Wallets at JPMorgan Chase, enabling users to transact with their debit and credit cards via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc, amounting to billions of dollars of eCommerce and point-of-sale transactions. 

Prior to working at JPMC, Zoia built a Google & Citi co-branded digital bank and led Product Strategy at an early-stage start-up, Yup. Zoia has also previously worked in adtech and as a Chief of Staff in the Israeli Intelligence Special Operations. 

As apart of her philanthropic efforts, Zoia hosts “WIN/WIN: Women in Innovation,” a podcast with 40K listeners from 250+ countries. She also leads her own non-profit deploying scholarships for creatives and invests and advises a multitude of startups. Zoia has been a featured speaker at universities such as Harvard, Columbia, and NYU, and was named as Forbes’ 30 Under 30 for her achievements.
