Paul serves as the President of POW! Interactive, a holding company focused on acquiring businesses in fandom, interactive media, gaming, and consumer entertainment sectors. Paul also invests in tech startup as a Venture Partner at Lalotte Ventures.

Previously, Paul served as an Associate at SpringOwl Asset Management LLC, a New York-based investment management firm founded in 2013. At SpringOwl, he was responsible for the firm’s activist investing initiatives and focused on technology, gaming and lodging, real estate, and consumer investments.

Paul served as an Independent Director at JOFF Fintech Acquisition Corp., a $414m special purpose acquisition company.

Paul received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science (MS in Accounting) from New York University.
