With over a decade of hands-on experience in working with early-stage startups and investing in entrepreneurs, Bonnie manages the fund investment at Lalotte Ventures through the affiliation with BCF Ventures. Her exceptional work at BCF Ventures has earned her recognition as one of the Top 50 Rising Stars in Global Corporate Venturing for 2023 and 2022.

Previously the right-hand woman to the CEO and CFO at IOU Financial, one of the fastest-growing fintech companies, Bonnie brings expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational efficiency, having scaled the company to $20M in revenues. Passionate about building strong teams and supporting entrepreneurs, Bonnie has a track record of success in guiding founders through the challenges of startup growth.

Always ingrained in the Montreal tech community, she was a consultant responsible for recruitment for the accelerator program NextAI when it first launched in Montreal. She also launched the first Startup Weekend themed around Artificial Intelligence, a 54-hour hackathon that promotes startup building.

Bonnie is always seeking opportunities to give back to the community by advising and investing in founders. She mentors in multiple startup programs such as Creative Destruction Lab, NextAI, McGill Dobson Cup, Founder Institute, and Founder Boost.
