Mitch Garber C.M. is a distinguished Canadian lawyer with a storied career as a CEO and executive across various high-profile companies, including Optimal Payments/Paysafe, PartyGaming Plc/PartyBwin, and Caesars Acquisition Company/Playtika Ltd. He served as the inaugural Chairman of Invest in Canada from 2018 to 2022, a role pivotal for foreign investment in Canada, and was awarded the Order of Canada in 2019.

As an active investor, Garber collaborates with major firms like Apollo and TPG. He holds board positions at several significant entities, including Rackspace Technology and Shutterfly Inc., and is involved in international ventures like Aiola.com in Israel and the Lanvin Group in France and China. Additionally, he is a minority owner and executive committee member of the NHL Seattle Kraken.
