Investment Criteria

We started investing in Sports & Entertainment, but we have since invested in other sectors such as AI, Consumer, etc.  

Our primary focus is North America and Israel, but we remain open to compelling investment opportunities in other regions, especially those demonstrating strong growth potential.

Our sweet spot is Seed and Series A rounds. However, we remain open to exceptional opportunities at any stages, especially those showing strong growth potential.

We prioritize investing in teams with a strong founder-market fit, a strong track record, domain expertise, and a clear vision for growth. Ideally, the company has a strong advisory committee.

We look for companies with unique value propositions or proprietary technologies that provide a competitive advantage in the market.

We seek evidence of customer traction, product launched, or a clear path to monetization. For more mature companies, a proven revenue model and a demonstrated ability to scale are essential.

We want to see ventures addressing large and expanding markets. Companies should demonstrate the potential to capture a substantial market share and achieve scalability.

Our first check size is $100,000 to $500,000. We can invest larger check sizes in future rounds.

We assess potential exit opportunities, including acquisition prospects or the potential for IPO.

We support our companies by leveraging our expertise, network, and resources to help accelerate its growth trajectory and maximize its potential.
